Job Title: Security Awareness Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Awareness Consultant to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our People and Relationships department, you will play a critical role in promoting cyber awareness and delivering training to technical and non-technical stakeholders on the importance of cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and communicate PCRM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure security principles are understood and applied across the business.
  • Lead the implementation and compliance of guidelines and standards by providing advice and expert guidance, as well as intervention programs to identify and communicate security risks.
  • Develop and deliver creative and engaging events and programs to promote security awareness.
  • Identify opportunities for PCRM to effectively integrate into business processes.
  • Be the focal point and primary driver for all safety culture activities for the People and Relationships department.
  • Be a role model within the safety team to drive cultural change.

Requirements:

  • Good experience of the safety culture of a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executives.
  • Experience planning and supporting PCRM capacity.
  • Investigate and participate in a PCRM strategy that spans the employee life cycle.
  • Experience with technical tools and techniques related to culture and delivery across the organization.
  • Experience in providing cultural change in organizations and demonstrated experience in this field.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant areas in IT and change operations and business areas.
  • Experience in defining metrics for effectiveness in safety culture.
  • Skill to assess and challenge cultural barriers that may prevent the success of a safety culture.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile work methods.
