We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Partner. This exciting role will provide the opportunity to work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals, support decision-making processes, and enhance the financial acumen of stakeholders.

As a Strategic Financial Partner, you will play a crucial role in the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring that they are realistic and achievable. Your technical analytical skills will be vital in assessing the financial implications of business strategies and changing dynamics of our books of business while also conducting financial modelling to support business initiatives.

A key aspect of this role will be to work closely with the Longstanding Customer (LSC) team on an ongoing basis, providing financial support and challenge on projects during an exciting phase of the LSC strategy. You will also be responsible for analysis and delivery of the monthly results along with working with the business on their forecasts and annual Business plan process.

Significant relevant industry experience with a demonstrable track record of undertaking similar type finance business partnering roles is essential. A strong understanding of UK Life and Pension industry accounting with aptitude for technical aspects and the regulatory environment is also required.
