The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ecologists, providing services to engineering, construction, and operational projects. This will include collaborating with Design teams to reduce and mitigate ecological impacts from initial design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of ecologists.
  • Collaborate with Design teams to reduce and mitigate ecological impacts.
  • Travel within the region for site visits.
Requirements:
  1. Significant experience in a project delivery-focused ecological role.
  2. Proactive and flexible approach.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. High level of organisational skills.
  5. A good understanding of the UK planning process and legal framework.
  6. A clean UK driving licence and access to personal transport.
Estimated Salary:

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
