As a Senior Manager – Analytics Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain large-scale data systems that drive business growth and improvement. This is a full-time position based in the UK.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Product Engineering, to develop and implement data strategies that meet business needs. Your team will focus on improving data quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of data engineers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective data solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and data pipelines
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a data engineering team
  • Proven track record of delivering complex data projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
