Job Title: Street Outreach Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and approachable individual to join our team as a Street Outreach Worker. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work with people across Huntingdonshire, East Cambridgeshire, and South Cambridgeshire who need support to explore housing options and find safe and secure accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting people to access services that support complex needs such as drug or alcohol issues, mental health concerns, and social exclusion.
  • Provide support to individuals to access accommodation and improve their wellbeing.
  • Work with people who are sleeping rough, providing support to access services and improve their overall quality of life.
