About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator/Planner to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily communications with tenants and clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant and client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and allocate workloads for engineers, prioritizing emergency and vulnerable tenant jobs
  • Monitor job progress, provide quotes, and close jobs, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Handle invoicing and certification distribution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Order and manage parts for jobs, maintaining inventory and tracking supplies
  • Update clients via CRM and other systems, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and administration, including 3 years in social housing
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, with a driving license preferred
  • Professional when handling vulnerable or elderly customers
