About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote independence and encourage service users to live as independently as possible
  • Achieve goals and celebrate personal successes with individuals
  • Update person-centred support and care plans, charts, and daily notes
  • Encourage socialisation and engagement in activities and hobbies
  • Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs
  • Build relationships and liaise with external specialists

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and understands the importance of a person-centred approach. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and be eager to learn and develop your skills. A valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
