Senior Test Analyst Opportunity

Capita Technology and Software Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Test Analyst to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of test documents, creating test procedures, and ensuring the successful completion of testing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop test cases, scripts, and data under your own direction
  2. Prioritize testing and ensure traceability to the test basis
  3. Record and report test outcomes
  4. Participate in requirement, design, and specification reviews to inform test plans and scripts
  5. Apply agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing
  6. Automate testing tasks and build test coverage using existing or new infrastructure
  7. Analyze and report on test activities, results, and issues
  8. Evaluate and escalate issues and blockers to the Team Lead/Test Manager
  9. Collaborate in reviews of work with colleagues
  10. Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your technical competencies to solve problems and complete tasks
Requirements:
  1. Experience with API testing, application testing, C#.NET, Java, REST API testing, testing methodology, and TestNG
  2. Ability to design test cases, scripts, and data under your own direction
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, both internally and externally
  4. Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  5. Exceptional communication skills
  6. Strong stakeholder management skills
