Senior Evaluation Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Evaluation Consultant to join our team at Ipsos. As a key member of our Policy and Evaluation Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality evaluations that inform policy decisions and drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage evaluation projects from design to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and research teams
- Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and supporting the growth of our evaluation services
- Lead the development of research tools, questionnaires, and discussion guides
- Present evaluation findings to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication
- Line manage junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing evaluation projects, with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams and manage projects to timescale and budget
- Knowledge of policy in areas such as crime & security, education, children & families, employment, welfare & skills, politics & society
- Curiosity and drive to support business growth, with experience of contributing to winning evaluation proposals
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
