The Role

Renoir Consulting is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team within the Oil & Gas Sector. As a key member of our Energy practice, you will focus on consolidating and building upon our change management and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance coaching and change management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead offshore maintenance operations, optimization, and scheduling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

The Profile

We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for understanding Renoir's journey from potential supplier to valued partner and advisor. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consultancy, engineering, or oil & gas, with a background in performance coaching and change management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consultancy, engineering, or oil & gas.
  • Background in performance coaching and change management frameworks.
  • Credible experience in offshore maintenance operations, optimization, and scheduling.
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all client stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize daily workload.
