About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the children we support.

You will be responsible for holding a speech and language therapy caseload and contributing to staff training and consultation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions and manage their own workload.

As a member of our Clinical Team, you will work closely with other professionals to provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required. Our Clinical Teams maintain a person-centered, empowering approach, always putting the people we support at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children
  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
Requirements
  • BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Experience of working within school environments
  • Full valid UK driving and access to own vehicle
