We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the children we support, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address the complex needs of children.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and ensure seamless care.
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation to enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Provide information and training to stakeholders as required, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.

Requirements
  • BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registration with the HCPC and RCSLT.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with children, young people, and adults with complex needs.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.
