Practice Lead for Children in Need

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in managing cases and supervising teams. As a Practice Lead, you will be responsible for the case monitoring and supervision of all cases in your group and will play a crucial role in developing a reflective and supportive supervision environment.
Main Duties- Delivering high-quality assessments, care planning, and case progression for children in need and child protection cases
- Assisting the team manager in building effective relationships with key partners
- Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on best practice in social work
