About the Opportunity
Fanatics Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Casino Performance and Growth Leader to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves working closely with the VP of Casino to set the overall strategy and vision for our casino operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online gaming, with experience of running a high-performing casino commercial, operational, or marketing function. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to understand and interpret data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the VP of Casino to develop and implement the casino's strategic plan.
  • Drive long-term planning and goal setting, ensuring that the casino & performance aligns with our broader business objectives.
  • Establish, report, and review OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) of the casino business, ensuring these objectives contribute to our aggressive revenue performance targets.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Head of Casino Performance and the wider commercial team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Online Gaming, preferably in a commercial or operational role.
  • Experience of running a high-performing Casino Commercial, Operational, or Marketing function.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to understand and interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to report complex data and analysis in a succinct and clear manner to senior members of the organization.

$150,000 per annum
