Injection Moulder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulder to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining moulding machines to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust moulding machines to achieve optimal performance
  • Ensure zero moulding defects or rework by conducting regular quality checks
  • Meet or exceed cycle rates by optimizing machine settings and tooling
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure 100% machine uptime
  • Conduct first-off inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools before, during, or after production runs
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in setting mould machines, preferably with Engel and Arburg
  • Desirable experience with robot settings and multi-cavity, hot runner, and hot tip systems
  • Knowledge of engineering polymers and their optimization and processing
  • Strong focus on quality and speed, with a self-motivated and adaptable approach
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
