**Location**: Leicester LE4 7SL

**Term: Permanent**

**Starting Salary: £25k p.a. + benefits (due to experience). Apon the completion of a successful three-month probationary period salary increasing to £27k per annum**

**THE ROLE: -**

As a **RIM Plastics Moulder **you will join the production team and serve a growing client base. You will work with RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding) PU mould tools in producing parts. The hours are:
- Monday to Wednesday - 07.00 - 17.00

Thursday - 07.00 - 16.30

Friday off

Weekends off

You may be required to work additional hours the meet the needs of the company. Any additional hours will be paid at 1.5 of your hourly rate. Please ensure that these are agreed with your manager prior to working theme and the correct information is sent to the payroll department promptly.

**THE PERSON; -**

As RIM Plastics Moulder you will have experience in a plastics moulding and working in a manufacturing environment. Ideally you will have a good understanding of a range of parameters in plastics moulding and the wider manufacturing processes. You will also have excellent communications skills and an eye for detail and quality.

- This role requires physical fitness (due to the nature of the work)
- Hold an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
- Technically minded (preferably from an engineering background)
- Well organised
- An eye for detail and quality
- A good attitude, and willingness to learn and effectively contribute to the everyday requirements of the team.
- Have a good understanding of a range of parameters in plastics moulding and the wider manufacturing processes.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.

Please note that some additional paid overtime may be required at certain times to meet the needs of the business.
