Job Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Adult Care Practitioner to join our team at Enham Trust Care at Home Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with residents and staff to provide person-centered care that promotes choice, control, and participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence, promoting their dignity and autonomy.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans that reflect individual resident needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • National Minimum Wage: £23,205 per annum.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend.
  • Shift pattern: 7.00am-10.30pm.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills required.
  • Compassionate and patient approach essential.
