Job Description:

The Head of Maintenance role at a leading care home provider involves overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This includes hands-on maintenance work, team leadership, and collaborating with contractors as needed.

About the Role:

As a key member of the care home team, you will play a vital part in maintaining a high standard of facilities, promoting resident wellbeing, and supporting staff in their daily tasks. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, from repairing equipment to gardening and grounds maintenance.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in property maintenance, while making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
