Maintenance and Repair Professional

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair professional to join our client based in Egham. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair tasks across the estate, ensuring that all facilities are safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on the estate's properties and facilities.
  • Assist the engineering department with larger maintenance projects.
  • Service and inspect electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Maintain the estate's external lighting.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in Facilities Management.
  • Experience with pool plant operations is desirable.
