About the role:

The role involves working with apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours. You will liaise with apprentices, employers, and internal key contacts to provide a student-focused service. This includes conducting regular reviews with students and their employers to measure progress and agree the way forward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting apprentices in their degree apprenticeship journey
  • Liaising with employers and internal key contacts
  • Providing regular reviews with students and employers
  • Measuring progress and agreeing the way forward

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or relevant professional training and development experience
  • Experience of teaching in groups or tutoring and monitoring progress
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide one-to-one study skills support and progression
