Company Overview:

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • Support in the development of new and existing products and formulations
  • Test products against industry standards and for application
  • Research and test new raw materials
  • Contribute to Quality Control (QC) testing when required
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in Chemistry or a related field, with proven industrial experience in product development and formulation. A background in construction and DIY products is preferred but not necessary.
