Sister/Charge Nurse Role in Brentwood

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. As a key member of the ward team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest standards. The role involves developing patient care plans, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Salary: £46,134 - £69,744 per annum, depending on experience
