We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Professional to join our Commercial Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and their Business Development Managers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, as agreed with the Commercial Partnerships Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and their Business Development Managers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, through analysis of market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
