About the Role

Mays Floorplans Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced property photographer and floor planner to join our team in central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality property photographs, creating accurate floor plans, and conducting EPC assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Photograph properties to the highest standard, using Canon camera kit and other equipment provided by the company.
  • Create accurate floor plans and lease plans using a laser Disto and other tools.
  • Conduct EPC assessments and provide detailed reports.
  • Travel across London on a company-provided scooter, using a Compulsory Bike Training certificate.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in property photography, floor planning, and EPC assessments.
  • Proficient Photoshop skills and knowledge of Capture One or Lightroom.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
