The ideal candidate will have a PQE of 1 year extending to Senior Associate level. They should be adept at managing a comprehensive caseload independently, coupled with the capacity to offer mentorship to junior colleagues.

This position demands exceptional expertise in both contentious and non-contentious work, with the ability to deliver exceptional service to a varied client base, including SMEs, OMBs, and listed companies. The remit will span from advising on Settlement Agreements to playing a crucial role in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act, and steering complex HR projects.
