Asset Management - Alternatives Private Execution and Closing

The Asset Management Alternatives Private Execution and Closing (AM Alts E&C) team at Goldman Sachs is seeking a seasoned professional to support the various business lines within Alternative Asset Management. This role entails collaboration with global Deal teams, Strategists, Controllers, Legal, Technologists, Risk, Credit, Tax, Compliance & cross Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multi-asset, dynamic and bespoke.

The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of Execution and Closing professionals and exhibit the following skills: proven leadership and organisational skills, commercial thinking, strong attention to detail, creativity, whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

  • Manage operational risk across the functions supported by the team.
  • Strong organisational and people management skills.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing trade processing support across a number of asset classes including Public & Private Securities, Loans, and bespoke structures for issuers which span industry sectors.
