We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support, assessing and monitoring patient health, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board and have previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
