Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to people who require inpatient intermediate care in the community.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred, holistic care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high quality care that meets the needs of Service Users who require an inpatient bed to either avoid hospital admission, for rehabilitation, or further assessment of their nursing needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work shift 24/7 patterns. A good understanding of what has led to a person requiring our service is also essential.
Requirements- NMC Adult Nurse Registered
- Evidence of ongoing CPD
This role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Salary InformationThe salary for this role is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro rata if part-time).
