About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Site Operations Supervisor to join our Accommodation team. Within the role, you will be responsible for managing the lifting operations and reporting to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with supplying depots to manage installation and collections
  • Liaising with key account and local customers to provide advice on delivery and collections of our temporary accommodation units
  • Developing relationships with customer site teams and our depots installation teams to ensure good working relations and high customer satisfaction
  • Carrying out site surveys and creating RAMS and lifting plans for the installation and collection of our temporary accommodation units

About You

To be considered for this role, the applicant must have the following:

  • Experience of lifting operations and an Appointed Person qualification via CPCS or ALLMI
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communicating clearly and concisely at all levels, with effective listening skills
  • Strong organising skills, with a methodical approach and close attention to detail, adhering to Company standards and procedure
  • The ability to manage site installation team and plan delivery schedules
  • The ability to manage your own time flexibly to complete work to tight deadlines
  • A full driving license
