This role requires a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for Allergy and Clinical Immunology, committed to providing exceptional care and advancing professional development within the team.
Key Requirements:- Provide high-quality specialised care: Ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing care in Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
- Ensure evidence-based care: Assess patient needs, identify appropriate interventions, and manage patient care effectively.
- Policy development and review: Contribute to the creation, revision, and implementation of relevant policies and guidelines. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Education and Training: Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and participate in educational programs. Offer information, support, and continuity of care to patients and their families. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, research-based nursing service.
- Policy adherence: Develop, update, and monitor relevant trust policies and procedures. Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- NMC Registration.
- Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification.
