About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Player Support Specialist to join our team at Jagex Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction with our players is positive and enhances their loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Player Queries: Respond to player inquiries in a professional, timely, and quality-driven manner, ensuring maximum player satisfaction.
  • Account and Payment Support: Assist players with account and payment issues, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Duty of Care: Reach out to players under our Duty of Care policies, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enhanced.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Identify player issues and act as the 'Voice of the Player', providing recommendations for solutions and improvements.
  • Project Work: Undertake general project work as needed, contributing to the growth and development of our support team.
Requirements
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Initial experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with an online component or transferable skill sets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written English skills, including the ability to craft positive, personal, professional, friendly, and engaging messages.
  • Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail: Exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to review information from various sources and make informed decisions.
  • Strong Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to apply sound judgment and make informed decisions.
  • Great Work Ethic: A great work ethic and willingness to be accountable, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
