About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Stow-On-The-Wold Superstore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
