Key Responsibilities

As a People Services Specialist at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, processing, and tracking tickets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in line with retention guidance
  • Working closely with peers and colleagues to oversee and provide compliance and governance structure to service improvements
  • Maintaining and validating data in HR System, including new hires, terminations, transfers, salary changes, benefit deductions, and work locations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an HR-related role, with a CIPD qualification an added bonus
  • A minimum of 1 year in a shared service environment for a large, complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and contractual law
  • Able to work at pace and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
