Job Title: Financial Business Partner

At Tes, we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a crucial role in providing financial expertise and support to our Sales and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and advice to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to drive accuracy and efficiency in accounting records, reporting, and analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
  • Lead small teams of Management Accountants and Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial control.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE.
