Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our team at IFF Talent. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, strategic planning, and financial processes across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions – team of c12
- Responsible for cash flow forecasting to ensure effective cash utilisation
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to support the company's rapid growth and integration of new acquisitions
- Finance Lead for a new expense system implementation in addition to other strategic projects
- Support with the development of the ESG agenda
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and technologies
- Ownership of strategic projects
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within a shared services environment but not essential
- Motivated by personal progression with the desire to progress to FD / CFO
- Strong understanding of financial management, including cash flow forecasting, debt management, and payroll
- Strong commercial acumen and inquisitiveness with the desire to be operating in a high-growth environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
