About the RoleAs a Financial Controller, you will lead the financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, strategic planning, and financial processes across the Group. You will be responsible for leading a team of 12 and will have a strong understanding of financial management, including cash flow forecasting, debt management, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Responsible for cash flow forecasting to ensure effective cash utilisation.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to support the company's rapid growth and integration of new acquisitions.
- Finance Lead for a new expense system implementation and other strategic projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and technologies.
- Ownership of strategic projects.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within a shared services environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and inquisitiveness with the desire to be operating in a high-growth environment.
