We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing product knowledge and advice to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate change and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a clean and tidy environment that meets the company's standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring accurate records and minimizing stock discrepancies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving results.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
