We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Finchley, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, maintain the store's visual presentation, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
  • Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems are necessary.
