About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP in Worcester. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Corporate dealmaker with a strong track record of leading on complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and business structures.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to manage corporate transactions and draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Support team and firm growth through business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' PQE in Corporate law with a strong technical skillset.
  • Proven track record of leading on complex transactions.
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.
