About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Training Executive to join our Fundraising Compliance Team at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our fundraisers are complying with fundraising regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and quality control activities for our face-to-face fundraisers across the UK.
  • Work closely with our Supporter Relations team and external agencies to manage complaints and feedback.
  • Conduct mystery shopping exercises to ensure our fundraisers are adhering to necessary regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of the Fundraising Code of Practice and its application to face-to-face fundraising.
  • Experience in training techniques and adult learning styles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
