We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Training Executive to join our Fundraising Compliance Team at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our fundraisers are complying with fundraising regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and quality control activities for our face-to-face fundraisers across the UK.
- Work closely with our Supporter Relations team and external agencies to manage complaints and feedback.
- Conduct mystery shopping exercises to ensure our fundraisers are adhering to necessary regulations.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
- Proven knowledge of the Fundraising Code of Practice and its application to face-to-face fundraising.
- Experience in training techniques and adult learning styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- A competitive salary of £30,619 per annum.
