Fundraising Compliance Specialist

Harris Hill is proud to partner with Breast Cancer Now to recruit a Fundraising Compliance Officer. This newly created role will support the Fundraising Compliance Manager in ensuring fundraising and marketing activities meet the highest standards in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and assurance on fundraising activities and products, including TV ads, prize competitions, social lotteries, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Manage the internal compliance inbox and respond to enquiries from fundraising colleagues.
- Support the fundraising team in monitoring professional fundraisers and ensuring compliance commitments are met.
- Develop and apply guidance materials, policies, and training materials based on fundraising-related regulations and best practices.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week from either our London or Sheffield office. We are looking for a candidate with fundraising knowledge or experience who would like to use their skills in a different way. Alternatively, you may have a compliance or regulatory background and are keen to move into the charity world. An understanding of data protection would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
