About the Role

The Head of Major Gifts will lead the development and stewardship of major donors, delivering an engagement programme with individuals who have the capacity to make significant gifts. This includes developing the new Artistic Director's Circle, project syndicates, and our annual Patron's programme.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Steward major donors, including delivering an engagement programme with individuals who have the capacity to give 5-6 figure gifts.
  2. Develop the new Artistic Director's Circle, project syndicates, and our annual Patron's programme.

What We Offer

This is a 12-month maternity contract role, offering a salary of £45-£50k and a hybrid working environment.
