Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Model Specialist to join our Asset Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analysis, design, and implementation capabilities within the COO Operations Change area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end operational model analysis and impact assessments to support new mandate/fund launches and complex transition events.
  • Evaluate scalability, operational risk, and regulatory compliance in the definition of support models for new mandates/funds.
  • Facilitate setup of complex configuration and requirements gathering across business areas, including legal, compliance, and tax.
  • Conduct end-to-end setup and complete operational readiness activities for product events, such as launches, maintenance, enhancements, and closures.
  • Test successful transition setup and new processes.
  • Maintain workflow configurations and static/reference data in PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
  • Ensure procedures and risk/control frameworks are up-to-date and complied with.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues through mentorship, on-the-job coaching, and performance guidance.
Requirements:
  • End-to-end understanding of the asset management operating model and knowledge of products and instrument types.
  • Strong understanding of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and money markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments and their implications on operating model setup and delivery.
  • Desirable: experience with PowerApps, Power Platform, and PowerBI.

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
