The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of employment law with proven experience in advising clients and handling cases independently. They should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing clear, practical, and commercially viable advice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advisory Services: Provide high-quality advice on a range of employment law issues to individual and corporate clients, including employee rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination cases.
• Case Management: Handle a varied caseload independently, from initial consultation to case resolution, ensuring excellent client service and compliance with legal standards.
• Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in employment tribunals, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes as needed.
• Documentation: Draft, review, and amend employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and other relevant legal documents.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering timely, practical solutions tailored to client needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Employment Law Solicitor Specialist to thrive in a flexible and dynamic private practice environment. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000 plus a performance-based bonus structure, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for ongoing learning and training.
