About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maths, English, and Science tutor to join our team at Fleet Education Services. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group tuition to learners in Hillingdon, supporting them in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions to learners, creating lesson plans that cater to their individual needs.
  • Monitor learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with learners' guardians and teachers to ensure academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
  • Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
  • Commitment to safeguarding.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
