Job Title: Head of Kitchen Operations

Company Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Kitchen Operations to lead our kitchen team at Blue Arrow - Cardiff. As a senior member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's kitchen.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

  1. Plan and implement kitchen procedures to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  2. Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in kitchen management or a related role.
  • Degree in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
