Care and Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication. Additionally, you will help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Requirements:
