Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, ensuring adherence to its guidance at all times.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead a team of care staff and inspire others to deliver exceptional care.
  • Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with others at all levels.
  • Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
