We are seeking a seasoned Executive Vice President of Commercial Strategy to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue expansion in the healthcare segment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and develop pre-sales teams to refine sales processes and value propositions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • 18-20 years of experience in sales leadership and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $270,000 - $300,000. Additionally, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs.
