Join Our Team as a Healthcare Cleaner

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our healthcare division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements.
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the site.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience, with a focus on healthcare environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to a schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a professional attitude.
